if not the battlefield, where did the combatants were captured? the documentary has a specific cant, the US is wrong. so are the terrorist right?

Yes GITMO is illegal. Yes torture and horrible things go on there. Yes only 5% of the prisoners there were taken off the "battlefield" to use the parlance of the Bush Administration. This documentary miises the mark and could be fraudulent. The news radio tidbits they play are plagerized. That's right, you can tell that its a swede pretending to be an american broadcaster. If you want to bring people to know the truth, don't use lies to get them there.
