Black men out number whites in prison probally 4-1 if not more. 1 in 3 black males are in some form of the corrections system. Sometimes extreme measures have to happen. But for some reason it's only a hate crime when a black man dies. And i have to say the gaurds wanted him to die because they had a hard on about him having a past of attacking other gaurds.

The only person that is a victim (when i mean victim I mean very harshly sentenced for the crime commited) Is Sandy Shaw. The girl that was with the guy (and I do say guy because that other guy prob didn't know there was going to be a murder either) that shot the guy 6 times. EVEN if she knew that they were gonna shoot him, AT 15 YEARS OLD a person doesnt know 100% what is really happening. They know that what happened it very tragic but I guarantee she had no clue she was doing something that bad cuz she wasnt the one that pulled the trigger and she NEVER told him to kill the guy just beat him up. Yes she should have done time but their is a 9 yr old boy here in AZ that killed his dad and his dads friend and is only going to be in prison till he is 18. AND HE PULLED THE FREAKIN TRIGGER!!! come on people this is ridiculous!!!

You don't think he did anything wrong and u think that prison did this all to him? You wonder why he did such a terrible thing and wonder why he feels bad for it? Ok did u forget the whole TAKING A MAN OUT TO THE DESERT AND SHOOTING HIM 6 TIMES??? oh yeah and I think I forgot to mention that he SHOT THE GUY 6 TIMES IN THE FACE!!! Im pretty sure thats how he got in the predicament he is in now. Ok and as for the him feeling bad about it? Well he did just get called up for execution and a right before they could do it filed an apeal on the decision for exec. AND Im pretty sure he is hoping for a judge to see this doc. and be an idiot like u and think he is remorseful (even though that won't matter, which Im not getting into). Besides don't u understand that this guy gets off by people feeling sorry for him and buying into his BS sob story? Ok and as for that dude Erics thing... He was sentenced to 00000000 ( i gotta repeat it that many times cuz u idiots didnt get it in the movie)0000 to 5 years. Do u understand that? He could have been out in months but he decided to cause riots and assualt Corrections Off's. Thats how he got moved up to MAX/Sec.
