I was just thinking....I've seen and photographed unknown aircraft that I don't think were built here. I could speculate they were alien, or of secret technology I had no knowledge of at the time. Now, given the size of the Unknown universe, and even our own planet where cannibals worshiped airplanes as gods when they first saw them....I could believe ancient man saw technology they couldn't possibly understand, and worship the operators or that advanced technology as gods. There is more physical science to support alien beings and crafts than there is of God. Let's go further....Mother Mary, the Virgin. We could call it a miracle of a virgin birth. Today we would call it "Artificial Insemination". But, during this time in Israel, more likely Joseph and Mary did the nasty, she got pregnant, and neither wanted to be stoned to death by the towns people for screwing around before marriage. Or, some magical being waved his magic hand and she got pregnant. OK, now let's compare that to the alien abduction stories we read about, with women being taken, and impregnated with a Hybrid Child..

Actually, all religions are nothing more than Brainwashing people with fear of Hell, shunning, and the existence of some magical deity that controls our destiny. I was raised Southern Baptist, punished by my parents and the church if I wanted more than "Faith" as proof. I have become atheist over the years, completely shunned by my Southern Baptist Family and so called friends. This so called church groups, Christians, and others all use intimidation and fear to force their dogma into the weak minded masses. Kirk Cameron, even though I respect him as an actor, is full of this crap pounded into his head by successful brainwashing. Mohamed, Hitler, Stalin, the Taliban, and many others have pounded this crap into generations of children that know no other way, and will always believe what they were taught from birth. Even now, 2008, "The Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter Day Saints", a Mormon spin off, brainwashes people from birth into believing it's OK to rape teenage girls into forced marriages.

Comfort attributed the Einstein quote incorrectly--Einstein did not believe in a personal god.
Why did the folks at the Rational Response Squad waste their time with this nonsense? I mean, was a rebuttal really needed for all of this 'scientific evidence?'
I wish Kirk Cameron would kill himself.

I find it funny that he suggests there is scientific evidence for God or religion. ...well, where did God come from then? Are we just going to say that he made himself? Religion is certainly a man made (and as history shows, an evolutionary trait common to humanity) that should not be taken seriously. btw, "we were created in the image of God", so does that mean God looks like us? He is us? I could go on and on and on. Im not Like Dawkins in that I wouldn't like or want a God, it would be amazing if there were, but its just so improbably, especially if we are talking about a religious God.

I'm torn with respect to whether there is a supernatural creator.
On the one hand, Kirk was in that one TV show. That's pretty cool.
On the other hand, Kelly is kind of hot. She's got this Dana Delany thing going on. And maybe we could date sometime. And she'd be charmed by my wit and good looks. Then we would kiss and stuff.
I think I'm an atheist.

I was actually excited that Christians were claiming to have scientific evidence that God existed, but wasn't surprised to find that it was first a philisophical argument...then a sermon directly from the bible. What happened to the scientific evidence? It sounded more like he was trying to convince a 10 year old that Santa Clause really exists. If I wanted to watch a sermon about how awesome God is I could have just turned on Fox News.
