I would challenge independent filmakers to do something this
zany and entertaining on the budget and resources poor Ed had
to work with. I would imagine if the finished product was as strange
and had a tinge of originality to it, that it might become quite
successful. Id actually pay to see something like this instead of
the mega dollar productions that in the end almost always fizzle!

There's actually an imaginative story here. Makes you wonder what Wood could havedone if he'd had some money, some actors and some decent sets. (And if his star hadn't died partway through the filming.)

we will examine this movie to the last amatuerish detail...we will in fact make fun of all the insecurities and infallible acting...Bravo to all those who will be involved in this massive undertaking...Seriously...a square room with 18th century tables occupied by 17th century techy stuff, with buttons too...Thank someone for Star Trek the 70s
